摘要
以冰乙酸和乙二醇单乙醚为原料 ,采用一水合硫酸氢钠无机固体酸替代传统液体无机酸催化合成了乙酸 2 -乙氧基乙酯。确定了最佳酯化反应条件 :冰乙酸 0 2 0mol,乙二醇单乙醚0 2 4mol,NaHSO4·H2 O用量 0 6g ,反应时间 10 0min ,油浴温度 12 0℃ ,环己烷带水剂 15mL ,此条件下酯化率可达 99 1% ,且产物色泽好 ,后处理简单 ,催化剂易回收。
The synthesis of 2-ethoxyethyl acetate from acetic acid and glycol monoethyl ether was studied using NaHSO 4·H 2O as catalyst to replace traditional liquid inorganic acid The optimum synthesis conditions were determined as follows: acetic acid 0 20 mol, glycol monoethyl ether 0 24 mol , reaction time 100 min ,amount of NaHSO 4·H 2O 0 6 g , reaction temperature 120 ℃ , cyclohexane (used as water entrainer) 15 mL The yield of esterifieation was up to 99 1% under these conditions. The product had good tinct, the reprocess was simple, and the catalyst could be recovered easily and reused for many times by this synthesis method.
