村民自治是社会主义政治文明建设的重要内容,是全面建设小康社会的不可缺少的环节。村民自治经过了多年实践后,正在碰到系列障碍,必须采取有力措施,消除这些障碍,村民自治才有不断完善的前景,我国的政治文明才会不断提升。
