Leber遗传性视神经病变的治疗学研究进展

Research advances in treatment of Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy

既往认为Leber遗传性视神经病变(LHON)无特殊治疗,但随着病因病机研究的进展,相继推出了一些相应的治疗手段。本文简要介绍了与慢性氰化物中毒学说、视交叉部蛛网膜炎症学说及线粒体DNA突变学说相应的治疗学研究进展。

It was believed that there was no special therapy for Leber's heredita ry optic neuropathy. However, some treatments have been recommended thanks to th e advance in its pathogenic researches in recent years. This paper makes a brief introduction of the therapeutic approaches respectively corresponding to the th eory of chronic cyanide toxicosis, that of arachnoid inflammation on optical chi asma and that of mutation of mitochondrial DNA.
