鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔环套置管术117例

Effect of operation making an opening between nasal cavity and dacryocyst and la ying a circular tube with a nasal endoscope

目的观察经鼻内窥镜行鼻腔泪囊造孔环套置管术的临床疗效。方法将2000-08/2003-04间施行该术式的117例(123眼)病例进行回顾性分析。结果随访时间6～24(平均11.2)月,治愈113例(119眼),占96.7%,其中2次置管5例(5眼),占4.1%,好转4例(4眼),占3.3%,总有效率100%。结论①该术式易操作,创伤小,不影响美观,是一种较理想的方法;②对眼耳鼻喉科不能分科的中小医院开展起来更为便利;③对并发鼻腔、鼻窦疾病者可同期一次完成手术治疗。

Aim To observe the clinical effect of operation making an opening bet ween nasal cavity and dacryocyst and laying a circular tube via nasal endoscope. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 117 cases (123 eyes) recieved the operation from August, 2000 to April, 2003. Results During the follow-up of 6 to 24 months (average 11.2 months), 113cases (119 eyes) (97.6%) were cured, i n which 5 cases (5 eyes) recieved laying a circular tube at twice; 4 cases (4 ey es) (3.3%) were relieved. The total effective power was 100%. Conclusions ① Be ing easily performed and with small trauma, this operation is an ideal method. ② It is easy to be developed in small and middle hospitals in which Eye and ENT Departments cannot be seperated. ③ Complications in nose and sinus can be cure d simultaneously in this operation.
