目的探讨环形电撕囊仪在现代白内障手术中的使用方法和临床效果。方法78例(80眼)白内障手术中采用环形电撕囊仪进行连续环形撕囊。结果80眼中采用环形电撕囊仪的连续环形撕囊成功率达92.5%。结论环形电撕囊具有很好的临床使用价值和优越性。

Aim To study the technique and clinical effects of capsulotomy instru ment in modern cataract surgery. Methods Seventy-eight patients (80 eyes) with cataract underwent continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis using the capsulotomy in strument. Results The success rate was 92.5%. Conclusion Capsulotomy instrumen t has significant advantages and brilliant clinical values.
