眼睑再造治疗眼睑缺损及疤痕性眼睑退缩31例

Eyelid reconstruction in treatment of 31 patients with blepharocoloboma and cica tricial lid retraction

目的观察眼睑再造术对眼睑缺损、疤痕性眼睑退缩的治疗效果。方法病倒选择31例(31眼),其中行眼睑鳞状细胞癌切除术后全眼睑缺损5例,严重化学性和热烧伤后眼睑退缩并全眼球暴露26例,其中上睑再造23例,下睑再造8例。结果眼睑再造31例手术中,手术成功29例,移植片溶解、脱出2例。结论眼睑再造术是眼表重建的重要手段之一,不仅保护眼球和改善患者的颜面外观,而且应尽可能在严重烧伤所致眼睑闭合不全的早期即行眼睑再造,稳定眼表,为进一步治疗创造条件。

Aim To observe the effect of eyelid reconstruction in treatment of bl epharocoloboma and cicatricial lid retraction. Methods Reconstruction of eyelid (of upper lid in 23 cases and of lower lid in 8) was performed in 31 cases, incl uding 5 of total blepharocoloboma secondary to squamous cell carcinoma excision and 26 of eyelid retraction and total eyeball exposure secondary to serious chem ical or heat burning. Results Reconstruction succeeded in 29 cases and failed i n the other 2 due to lysis of and protrusion of the graft respectively. Conclusi on Eyelid reconstruction should be performed in the early stage of hypophasis s o as to stabilize the eye surface and get it ready for further treatment.
