广泛切除联合术后丝裂霉素C滴眼治疗翼状胬肉

Extensive pterygium excision combined with mitomycin C eye dropping

目的观察广泛切除联合术后丝裂霉素C点眼治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对50例翼状胬肉患者施行胬肉广泛切除术后,立即点滴丝裂霉素C(0.2g/L)液,以后点眼2次/d,共5d。广泛胬肉切除手术的方法是:做胬肉体部与球结膜潜行分离至半月襞,将胬肉与巩膜面和肌止部的粘连分离后,在靠半月襞处结膜下将胬肉广泛切除,暴露光滑的巩膜面和肌止部。结果随访6～18(平均6.7)月,没有1例复发,无严重并发症发生。结论广泛切除联合术后丝裂霉素C点眼治疗翼状胬肉减少了术后的复发率,是翼状胬肉的一种安全,有效,简便的手术方案。

Aim To determine the success rates of extensive excision and mitomyci n C eye drop in treatment of pterygium. Methods Altogether 50 cases of pterygiu m, including 48 primary pterygium and 2 recurrent pterygium were treated by exte nsive excision, immediately followed with mitomycin C eye dropping, 0.2g/L, twic e/day, for 5 days. Results They were followed up for an average of 6.7 months ( from 6 to 18 months). There was no recurrence or major complication. Conclusion Extensive pterygium excision plus mitomycin C eye dropping reduces the recurren ce rate and is simple and safe.
