The educationai training mode of 'career-guiding' is directed toward the staffs career development in an enterprise, which is diversified, multi-level and personalized. The essence of the mode is to add career-managing system to educationai training so that educationai training and the development of an organization and its staff can be integrated into one organic system. To practise the mode means a crucial strategy to improve the efficiency of the educationai training, reflects the spirit of the enterprise and represents the development direction of educationai training management.
