摘要
本文通过对齐齐哈尔清末民国时期档案及文献的调查,较全面地介绍了清末民初齐齐哈尔地方政权黑水厅、依克明安旗等档案及档案中的满蒙、满语档案的现状及内客。这些史料对深入研究在清末、民国时期齐齐哈尔的地方史有着重要的价值。
The report is based on the investigation on the Manchu literatures and files of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China( 1912 - 1949). It Completely introduces the contents and present states of the literatures related with the Heishuiting and Yikeming'an Banner of the local government of Qiqihar. These literatures are of most importance to develop further research into the regional history of that periods.
