电针治疗对慢性渐进性压迫性脊髓损伤大鼠行为功能改变的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨慢性渐进性压迫性脊髓损伤过程中电针对脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derivedneurotrophicfactor,BDNF)表达的影响及其与行为功能改变的关系。方法:50只Wistar大鼠,体质量(200±50)g,采用大鼠后路渐进性脊髓压迫动物模型,在大鼠实验性脊髓损伤后,分别用电针刺激强度为1,10,20mA的电针进行治疗。观察联合行为评分(combinedbehavioralscore,CBS),常规病理及免疫组化检测BDNF的变化。结果:脊髓损伤后BDNF在神经元及胶质细胞中表达增强,经过电针治疗后,治疗组B(10mA)神经元和胶质细胞中BDNF表达下降,CBS值显示,治疗组B优于压迫组,治疗组B与压迫组比较统计学差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。而治疗组A(1mA)和C(20mA)与压迫组比较统计学无差异。结论:电针能促进损伤脊髓的修复,电针疗法可能具有电流特异性。 AIM:To investigate the effec t of expression and the alteration of behavior function of brain-derived neurotro phic factor(BDNF)after using elec-tro-acupuncture to treat rat suffering fr om chronic progressive oppressive spinal cord injury.METHODS:Rat posterior pro gressive spinal co rd compression animal model was used.Spinal cord was injured by p rogressive compression on 50Wistar rats with body weight within the rang e of (200±50)g,then the rats with spinal cord injury were treated with electro-acupuncture,which the sti mulat-ing intensity of electric current wa s 1,10and 20mA respectively.The eff ect was evaluated by combined behavi ora l score(CBS),routine pathology and immunohistochemistry detecting th e al teration of BDNF.RESULTS:After spinal cord injury,BNDF displ ayed an intensiv e expression in neurons and glial cell.Whereas after electro-acupuncture,the inten sive expression of BDNF recovered in some degrees in group B(treated wit h 10mA of electric current ).CBS demonstrated that the effect of electro-a cupuncture in group B was much better than that in compression control group and had significant statistical difference(P<0.05),however,there was no si gnif-icant statistical difference among group A (treated with 1mA of electric current ),group B (treated with 20mA of electric curren t)and compression control group.Electro-acupuncture can improve sp inal cord injury and accelerate its recovery,furthermo re,the effect of electro-acupunctu re is dependented on the intensity of electric current.
