恶性淋巴瘤患者生活质量量表评价

Quality of life questionnaire assessment in patients with malig-nant lymphoma

目的:将EORTCQLQ-C30翻译成相应的中文版量表,通过测量恶性淋巴瘤患者的生活质量对该量表进行心理测量学考评,为恶性淋巴瘤患者生活质量评价提供依据。方法:EORTCQLQ-C30中文版量表包括5个功能领域方面(躯体、角色、认知、情绪、社会)、3个症状领域方面(疲劳、恶心呕吐、疼痛),整体健康状况、其他症状领域以及疾病和治疗对家庭经济的影响。测量80对恶性淋巴瘤患者及非肿瘤患者对照生活质量。结果:EORTCQLQ-C30中文版量表的重测信度≥0.7,在躯体、情绪功能、恶心呕吐、疼痛等方面内部一致性信度克郎巴赫系数α≥0.7,方差分析显示恶性淋巴瘤患者在角色、社会功能、整体功能领域、经济影响、总量表得分方面的生活质量低于对照。结论:EORTCQLQ-C30中文版量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为国内恶性淋巴瘤患者生活质量的测评工具。

AIM:To assess the function of Chinese-la nguage version of EORTC quality of life questionnaire core 30(QLQ-C30)in the quality of life(QOL)of pa -tients with malignant lymphoma so as to provide a basis for the evaluation.ME THODS:The QOL of 80patients with malignant lymphoma and 80pa-tients witho ut tumor and blood disease were measured with the Chi-nese-language version of EORTC QLQ-C30,including five functional scales(physical,role,cognitive, emotion al and social ),three symptom scales(fatigue nausea and vomiting,and pain),a global health and QOL scale,several additional symptoms items a nd f inancial impact item of disease a nd treatment.RESULTS:Test-retest correlatio n coefficie nt of EORTC QLQ-C30was≥0.7,and the Cronbach' s alpha coeffic ient was≥0.7in physical and emo-tional functional,nausea and vomiting and pain functional scales.QOL o f patients with malignant lymphoma wa s lower than other patients(non-tumor and non-blood disease)in role,social,overall fun ctional scales,financial impact,and total quality of life sco re.T he Chinese-language version of EORTC QLQ-C30has good reliability and val idity.It is applicable for patients with malign ant lymphoma.
