摘要
目的:观察受试者在载人离心机上进行抗荷正压呼吸,身体上部着加压服时发生臂痛的性质、程度,并对其防护作用进行评价。方法:被试者为6名男性青年,正加速度(+Gz)暴露时,先观察受试者穿中囊代偿背心和65%大面积抗荷服(ECGS),在5.0,5.5,6.0,6.5,7.0G各持续15s时的臂痛程度和性质;休息10min后,受试者改穿身体上部加压服进行7.0G持续15s,观察臂痛缓解的程度。结果:6名受试者均完成了本项实验。穿中囊背心的受试者,在6.0,6.5,7.0G时均有人出现不同程度的臂痛,疼痛发生的几率和程度与G值的增高成正比。在7.0G时穿身体上部加压服后,双臂均无疼痛感。结论:身体上部加压服可以消除高+Gz与PBG引起的臂痛。
AIM:To observe pressure breathing for G(PBG)of subject in centri fu ge runs or in flight and the character and deg ree of acceleration-induced arm pain when wearing pressure suit on upper b ody,and to evaluate its protection. METHODS:Six subjects(male youth)were observed the character and degree of acc eleration-induced arm pain at 5.0,5.5,6.0,6.5and 7.0G for15 s when they were exposured to the positive acceleration(+Gz )and worn65%ex tended coverage anti-G suit(ECGS )and center-pressure vest;after10min res t,the degree of remission w ere observed at 7.0G for 15s when objects worn pressure suit on upper b ody.RESULTS:Six objects accomplished the experience .Arm pain was devel-oped at 6.0,6.5,7.0G,and probability and degre e of pain in creased with G titre by direct ratio.It was eliminated by using pr essure suit on upper body at 7.0G levels.The pressure suit on u pper body is an e ffective method to protect against arm pain induced b y +Gz a nd PBG.
