搞好病案管理工作要提高病案管理人员的素质 ,制定有关的制度 ,建立各种索引、登记、管理病案号。病案管理人员熟悉疾病分类和手术分类 ,正确排放索引卡、及时把资料输入电脑 ,最后装订上架。进行阶段性自我检查 ,发现错处及时纠正。每月向医务科汇报 ,每年向业务院长汇报。

To improve the quality of medical records management,it is essential to establish associated regines and a series of indexes for convenient registering case numbers.Managers should be familiar with classification of the diseases andopertions,and index cards correctly,input patients information into computers,and bookbind and place medical records. Self- checking regularly is also needed for discovering and correcting error in medical records. Meanwhile,managers must report their work to medical department every month,to professional president of hospital every year.
