目的 以最少的人力快速、准确地统计卫生部医院感染监控网统一格式的医院感染现患率调查汇总表。方法 建立Excel工作簿 (数据库 ) ,将要求上报的 6份表格的字段全部列入 ,并逐项录入 ,进行数据筛选统计分析。结果 统计汇总工作省时、省力、准确 ;操作简单易学 ,非计算机专业人员也能运用自如。结论 尚未开展医院感染计算机管理的医院 (30 0张床位以上 ) ,应尽快开展计算机管理 ,除了使用医院感染管理专业软件外 ,可使用Excel解决专业软件中缺项的统计工作 ,提高工作效率。
