Situation of State-owned Assets Management in Non-profit Medical Institutions and Countermeasures

在市场经济条件下 ,用旧体制进行国有资产管理 ,往往出现国有资产变相流失、国有资产闲置、浪费等许多管理环节中的问题 ,这直接影响了医院的经济效益和社会效益。建立适应社会主义市场经济条件下的国有资产管理体制和管理措施 ,对国有资产实行规范化、程序化的管理 ,是非营利性医疗机构加强经济管理工作的目标之一。

Under the condition of market economy, there are many issues exiting in management links, such as state-owned assets being covert loss, being idle and waste for managing state-owned assets with the old systems, which directly effects on hospital economic benefits and social benefits. It is one of economic management objectives for non-profit medical institutions to establish state-owned assets management system and measures that adapts to socialism market economic conditions and to conduct standardization and procedure management to state-owned assets.
