摘要
在分析现有核心竞争力指标体系优缺点的基础上,确定了构造造纸企业核心竞争力评价指标体系的原则,构造了新的用于评价造纸企业核心竞争力的指标体系。将层次分析法引入造纸企业核心竞争力评价过程,用来计算每一个直接评价指标和间接评价指标的权重。构造了评价指标的“升半梯形分布”隶属函数,利用这个函数将基础数据转化为每个评价指标的评价值并构造模糊关系矩阵,最终计算出评价结果向量矩阵,据此可判断某造纸企业的核心竞争力或发展趋势。
The paper gives the principles of establishing the evaluation indexes of pulp&paper enterprises core competence and sets up a new one based on the analysis of the advantage and disadvantage of present core competence indexes.The author uses the analytic hierar-chy process(AHP)to calculate the coefficients of the direct and indirect indexes in the process of evaluating the core competence of the pulp&paper enterprises.15questionnaire were filled in by experts according to the statistics and financial report.The calculation formula of the3indirect indexes was also designed.This formula can transform the basal data into evaluation numeral to set up the relationship ma-trix,then,the vector matrix of the evaluation result can be calculated.On the basis of it,the present situation and development trends of the core competence of the enterprises can be adjusted.
