摘要
采用先驱体法制备了Pb1-xSrx(Mn1/3Sb2/3)aZrbTicO3压电陶瓷。通过XRD研究表明,随着Sr2+取代量的增加,相界向富锆方向移动,并改善了相界附近组分的压电性能和介电性能。与传统的固相合成制备工艺相比,先驱体法制备的陶瓷具有优良的压电性能,所得样品的综合性能:r为1791,tg为0.0035,d33为454?0-12C種-1,kp为0.61。
Pb1-xSrx(Mn1/3Sb2/3)aZrbTicO3 piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by precursor method. XRD analysis shows that with the increase of Sr2+ substituting rate, phase boundary moves toward rich-Zr, and improves piezoelectric and dielectric properties of the components near the boundary. Piezoelectric properties of the ceramics this way are prior to those of the ceramics by conventional prcesses. Of the ceramics, r is 1 791, tgd 0.0035, d33 45410-12CN-1, and kp 0.61.
