农产品需求结构变化对农业产业结构调整的影响——以贵州毕节地区为例

Study on the effects of the structural change of agricultural products demand on the agricultural adjustment ——A case of Bijie Prefecture in Guizhou

以经济学需求收入弹性理论为支撑,选定贵州省最贫困地区之一的毕节地区作为研究区域,分析了农产品需求结构变动对毕节地区农业产业结构调整的重大影响。分析认为,从买方市场角度出发,毕节地区农业产业结构调整方向为:农林牧渔结构中,应以畜牧业作为主要发展方向;种植业结构中,应在稳定粮食生产的基础上,加强蔬菜和油料作物的生产;畜牧业结构中,应以牛、羊等草食性畜产品作为发展方向,同时加强发展收入需求弹性系数高的家禽业;加快食品加工业的发展。

According to the theory of elasticity,Bijie Prefeture,one of the poorest area in Guizhou,is selected as a research region.This paper analyzes the important effects of the changing demand for change of agricultural products on the agricultural structure.From the angle of the buying market,the adjusting direction of agricultural structure is as follows.The animal husbandry should be the main developing direction of agriculture,and the planting should increase the production of vegetable and rape.Herbivorous animals should be the main developing direction in the structure of animal husbandry.Meanwhile,more attention should be paid to developing the husbandry with high elastic ratio.Food processing industry should be accelerated.
