Optical System Value Engineeriug Multifactorial Evaluation and Tolerance Determination

本文从价值工程原理和模糊论方法出发,首次提出对成象光学系统进行价值工程综合评判,详细分析了影响光学系统的各种因素,基本建立了综合评判的数学模型,并提出了一种基于综合评判的确定透镜中心偏公差和配合公差的新方法。

This paper first discusses value engineering multifactorial evaluation to optical system based on Value Engineering and Fvzzy Mathematics Mathod. Many kinds of factors are analyzed, and an evaluation model is set up in this paper. Further more, a method to determine tolerance of bias centre of a lens is enplained at the end of this paper.
