应用系统工程的理论、思想和方法 ,根据煤矿持续生产的“三量”要求情况 ,把采掘工程进行分解 ,按照网络规则 ,建立矿井年度采掘网络计划 。

Theory, conception and methodology of systematic engineering are applied to define mining engineering to meet the requirement of continuous production of coalmine. Network rules are based to set up annual mining plan to coordinate with coalmine production.
