在新时期 ,我们党面临前所未有的大好机遇和条件 ,同时也面临严峻的挑战。我们必须加强党员的思想政治修养 ,要全面准确地执行党的基本路线 ,坚定党员的共产主义理想和信念 ,增强党员的党性 ,反对阳奉阴违 ,弄虚做假等行为 ,反对攻击党的基本路线 ,破坏党的团结的行为 ,从而维护党中央的权威 ,保证党的路线、方针、政策的贯彻落实。

In the New Period our Party is confronted with unprecedented good opportunities and conditions as well as severe challenges.We must improve the ideological and political attainments of the Party members,carry out the basic lines of the Party completely and accurately,strengthen the communist ideals and conviction of the Party members,enhance their Party spirit,struggle against actions of complying in public while opposing in private,playing trickery,attacking the basic lines of the Party and disrupting the union of the Party in order to maintain the authority of the Central Committee of the Party and guarantee the implementation of the Party's lines and policies.
