海阳县城总体规划(修订)编制的研究

Research on the General Planning (Amendment) of Haiyang County

本文依据《城市规划法》的规定和烟台市海阳县经济、社会发展战略,提出正确处理宏观调控和计划引导下,合理修订规划中的城乡和近远期等关系的规划指导思想。在分析论证县域所处的区位职能、资源优势、经济实力的基础上,确定了城市的性质和城市化发展水平。对城市近远期的用地规模、人口规模进行了预测,合理地修订了城市总体布局。

Following the provision of“Urban Planning Law”and the economy and social development strategy of Yantai city and Haiyang county,this research sets up the planning guiding ideol- ogys which employs macroadjust and planning guidance to deal with the relationships of ur- ban and rural,long-range and short-range during amending the general planning.Starting from analysising regional function,natural resource superiority and economic strength,this paper has amended the town's characters and repredicted the standard of urbanization.And also,this research focuses on predicting the town and population scales and making resonable amendment of urban general land-use distribution
