摘要
目前 ,金融业的发展和竞争越来越取决于金融人才 ,使得培训成为一种必不可少的教育形式 ,金融培训是保持金融业可持续发展的切入点。为了有效地实施金融培训 ,需要由传统的增长知识和技能培训向人力资源开发转变 ;由现阶段的“粗放型”培训向“集约型”培训转变 ;由“一揽子培训”向分层次培训转变 ;由单一组织目标培训向个人发展与组织目标相统一转变 ;由有形培训模式为主向无形培训模式为主转变。同时 ,还要大力改善和创造金融培训的环境和条件。
The development and competition of financial industries rest increasingly with financial talents, which makes training an absolutely necessary education form. Financial training is an important cut-in point for maintenance of sustainable development of financial industries. For effective implementation of financial training, it's compulsory to make transformations from traditional gaining in knowledge and skill fostering to human resource development, from current “extensivism” training to “intensivism ” training, from “total training” to hierarchical level training; from single organization goals to human development consolidating organization goals, from material training model as priority to immaterial training as priority, and meanwhile, it's important to ameliorate vigorously and create financial environment and terms for financial training.
