Locate Accurately Consummate Rural Financial Service

当前 ,我国广大农村地区普遍存在着资金短缺与资金大量外流并存、金融服务供给不足、金融机构功能定位不准确、农民贷款难等问题 ,对此 ,必须采取有效措施 ,通过对农村金融机构进行准确的功能定位 ,大力发展民间金融 ,提升农村金融服务水平等 ,以引导资金向农村回流 ,促进农村金融发展。

At present, problems such as co-existence of shortage of money and huge outflow, insufficient supply of financial service, inaccurate function positioning in financial institutions, difficulties in peasant financing exist commonly in the vast rural regions. For this, effective measures must be taken to vigorously develop civil finance, to promote rural financial service level so as to induce money to flow back to countryside and facilitate rural financial development after accurate functional positioning in financial institutions.
