摘要
研究了采用含磷环氧树脂和氢氧化铝作为阻燃剂,开发出不含卤素和锑元素的无卤型CEM-1覆铜板。产品性能符合IPC-4101/4110标准,卤素含量达到JPCA-ES-01-1999标准要求。
The research uses Phosphorous Epoxy Resin and ATH for flame retardant,have developed halogen-free CEM-1 CCL.The result showed that the properties satisfied the requirement of IPC-4101/10,and the halogen content is less than the requirement of JPCA-ES-01-1999.
