摘要
通过不同光周期,亚胺环已酮处理农垦58s 和农垦58,研究光周期对 HPGMRIAA 氧化酶,过氧化物酶活性的词控,并对不同光周期处理下农垦58s 叶片提取物进行 SP—Sephadex Ca_(50)柱层析分析,结果表明,长光照能诱导农垦58s IAA 氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性,长光照下 IAA 氧化酶活性的升高主要是由于不具过氧化物酶活性的 IAA 氧化酶活性的升高。长光照可能是通过诱导农垦58s 不具过氧化酶活性的 IAA 氧化酶的小分子激活物或抑制其小分子阻遏物的蛋白质合成,诱导 IAA 氧化酶活性。
Regulation of the activities of IAA oxidase and peroxidase of Nongken 58s and Nongken58 were studied by the treatment with different photoperiods and Cycloheximide.Leaves extracts of Nongken58s under different Photoper- iods were analysed on Sp-Sephadex C_(50) Chromatography-Column.The results showed that the activities of IAA oxidase and peroxidase were induced by long Light.The increase of IAA oxidase activity was due to the increase of non-peroxidative IAA oxidase activity.Long light could induce activity of IAA oxidase by inducing synthesis of non-peroxidative IAA oxidase activator or repressing its inhibitor synthesis.
