摘要
报道了三种用胂叶立德制备环丙烷衍生物的方法:①胂叶立德1进行热裂解,得到环丙烷衍生物2.②胂叶立德1与α,β-不饱和酮(3a-c)反应,得到立体专一性的环丙烷衍生物(4a-c).③砷盐5在两相体系中与α,βr不饱和酮(6a-e)进行相转移反应,获得立体专一性的环丙烷衍生物(7a-e).所有产物经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱确证了结构。
This paper presents cyclopropane derivatives were prepared in three ways.①Pyrolysis of arsoni- um ylide 1 at 110℃ in the solvents to afford cyclopropane derivatives 2,and yields were 96%. ②Reaction of arsonium ylide 1 with α,β-unsatrate ketones(3_(a-c))in solvents to afford stereoselec- tivity cyclopropane derivatives(4_(a-c)),and its mechanism was discussed.③The reaction of arsonium solts 5 with α,β-unsatrate ketone in the two phase system of C_6H_6/H_2O/50% NaOH to afford stereose- leetivity cyclopropane derivatives(7_(a-c)).Their structure have been ascertained by elemental analysis, IR,~1H NMR and MS spectroscopy.
