摘要
作者详细观察了广西北海外沙海区合浦珠母贝的性腺周年发育过程,提出以滤泡中生殖细胞所处的主要发育阶段作为性腺发育分期的标准,并据此将雌雄性腺的发育划分成:休止期、增殖期、生长期、成熟期、排放期和滞留退化期等六个时期,同时揭示了雌雄性腺的周年发育规律。文中还对双壳类软体动物性腺发育分期标准进行了讨论。
The yearly development of the gonad of pearl oyster,Pinctada martensii Dunker in the Waisha sea area of Beihai was observed in this study with the routine paraffin method.Taking the developmental status of the gamates in follicles as the main characteristics,development of the gonad can be derided into six stages for both male and female,including resting,proliferation,growth,ripe,spawning and degenerating stages.
