普通高校应立足各自的优势和特色,结合当地经济社会发展需要,加强学科建设。要树立可持续发展的学科观,做好发展规划、环境建设、队伍建设、新兴学科及重点学科建设、重大课题申报、资源共享和研究生教育等工作,提高学科整体水平,促进学科良性循环。
Disciplinary construction in institutions of higher learning should base them on themselves'advantages and features, adapt to the need of local economic and social development. We should make conception of sustainable development, work out a good plan for development, to build an ideal environment and an excellent staff, to construct newly developed disciplines and key disciplines, to file for the key subjects, to share resources to educate and develop graduate education, to raise the whole level and promote the normal cycle.
