摘要
采用国际通用的Sapphire-Gemini滑动轴承材料疲劳试验机对复合轴瓦材料进行疲劳磨损试验。结果表明,轴瓦磨损疲劳破坏的方式为合金层产生裂纹或从钢背剥落。影响疲劳强度的主要因素是夹杂、孔穴、疏松等冶金缺陷和显微组织以及合金层与钢背的结合牢度。分析表明,裂纹源为夹杂物富集处和不规则孔穴、带尖角夹杂物处。
A Sapphire Gemini fatigue testing machine widely used in many parts of the world is employed to make fatigue wear tests on composite bearing materials. Test data indicate that the bearing breaks down as a result of fatigue wear which causes the bearing metal to form cracks or makes it spall away from the steel backings. Main factors affecting the fatigue strength are inclusions,pores and infirmity due to metallurgical failures,defective microstructures, and the weak adherence of the bearing metal to the steel backings. Close study shows that the cracks exist where inclusions are concentrated, and where irregularly shaped pores and acicula inclusions are found.
