摘要
考虑摩擦时机构力分析是一个求解非线性方程组的问题。目前常用的三种解法都属于迭代法,求解速度慢,而且对高级机构求解困难。本文建立了一种无须迭代的简化线性方程解法。这种方法比通常的迭代法收敛速度提高3—10倍。算例结果表明,采用本文解法所得结果具有相当高的精度,最大相对误差只有0.84%。
While taking frictional forces into account,the force analysis in mechanisms becomes a prob- lem to find solutions to non-linear equations.All of the three existing methods to solve these problems ask for iterative operation which is both time-consuming and difficult when handling highly sophisticat- ed mechanisms.An approach proposed in this article to the solution of the simplified form of lin- ear equations is free from iterative procedure and is 3—10 times faster than the conventional approach in terms of the case to converge.Calculated examples show a fairly high accuracy achieved in this ap- proach which accounts a mere 0.84% relative error at most.
