摘要
制约我国农村教育发展的主要因素是投资缺乏后劲、发展模式单一、管理体系混乱。为此 ,必须从整体上考虑相应对策 :建立健全农村教育投资系统 ,重新构造农村教育结构体系 ,规范农村教育管理职能。
Primary problems of educational development in rural China are the shortage of stamina investment, single development model and disordered management system.Therefore, it is obligatory to set up a wholesome investment system and structural system for rural education as well as criterion of management function for rural education.
