摘要
教学过程是师生之间的一个行为博弈 ,博弈的结果可以是良性的也可以是非良性的 ,这取决于师生双方在教学过程中的角色和地位及教学模式所提供的效率。传统教育模式与创造型教育模式在师生关系的处理上存在显著的差异 ,传统模式过分看重知识的传授 ,并且把知识的传授视为教学的惟一 ,从而严重损失了教学效率。变传统教育模式为创造型教育模式从而加强学生在教学中的主体地位 ,是未来教育发展的趋势。
The course of teaching is a game between teacher and students, the result of this game may be good or not good, which is determined by the role and position of student and teacher during teaching, and the efficiency which provided by educational mode. There is a huge difference between Traditional Education(TM) and Creation Education(CM) on the respect of dealing with the teacher-student relationship, TM emphases on knowledge teaching to the extreme, and regards it as the only thing, causing damage to educational efficiency. Turning TM into CM and strengthening the principal role of students is the trend of education development.
