摘要
通过对1000mm 初轧机主传动系统扭振的理论分析和实验研究发现,钢锭送进速度与轧制速度不匹配以及万向接轴两端间隙过大是产生咬钢阶段冲击扭振的主要原因;双锭轧制时,减速咬入第二锭及轧制过程中两锭相撞,会引起主传动系统发生强烈扭振。为了降低主传动系统的薄弱环节——万向接轴的扭矩放大系数 TAF,文中对初轧机的操作和维护提出了相应的建议。
By theoretical analysis and experimental study on the torsional vibration of main drive system in a 1000 mm blooming mill,it is found that the ingot feeding rate was out of pace with the rolling speed,and the clearance at both ends of the candan axle was far too wide,causing im- pulsive torsional vibration at the instant of bite。Strong torsional vibration occurs in two-ingot rolling where the biting of the second ingot and the collision between ingots during rolling are ob- served。To reduce the torque amplification factor of the most vulnerable link in the main drive,i. e.the candan axle,relevant proposals are made.on the manipulation and the maintenance of the blooming mill.
