摘要
本文介绍了应用于轻型车用492Q 汽油机上的一项研究成果。通过研制有一定涡流强度的低流阻进气道,改进进排气管;重新设计燃烧室,提高压缩比,增大挤气面积,促进紊流火焰传播,减少火焰传播距离:改进配气机构,使整机动力经济性显著提高。现已达到:最大功率70.4kW/4000r/min;最大扭矩187N·m;最低油耗273.4g/kW·h。此外,为了找出发动机强化后的薄弱环节,本文还给出了对机体进行有限元计算的结果。
The results of research on 492Q gasoline engine used on light trucks are decribed in this paper:the induction and exhaust manifolds are improved by developing (?) low resistance in- duction passage having a proper intensity of the whirling current;the speed of turbulent flame propa- gation is increased and the distance of flame propagation is lessened after redesigning combustion chamber with raised compressing ratio and enlarged squeezing area;the cam and value gear is im- proved.As a result,the maximum power becomes 70.4kW/4000r/min,the maximum torque 187 N.M,the minimum fuel consumption 273.4g/kW·h for the improved 492Q gasoline engine.In ad- dition,the results of limited element calculation of engine block stress are also given in this paper,in order to find the weakened place of the strengthened engine.
