摘要
针对引进车用柴油机,本文一方面运用有限元法对发动机曲轴进行三维有限元分析,另一方面在整机上进行了曲轴静态应力电测试验,分析了曲轴连杆过渡圆角处应力分布,提出了提高曲轴结构强度的措施。
A three-dimensional finite element analysis of an automobile engine crankshaft is discribed in this paper.On the other hand,the static electronic measurement of stresses in the crankshaft has been conducted on the engine.The distribution of stresses in the crankshaft connect- ing-rod fillet is analyzed.The measures for improving the crankshaft structural strength are suggest- (?).
