摘要
介绍了软件开发企业的ISO 9001质量体系以及软件产品质量管理的特点和方法,比较了制造业的产品和软件产品的质量指标的差异,指出软件企业也适用ISO 9001体系。
The purpose of this paper is to describe ISO 9001 system in the software development process and the characteristic & technique of quality control on software product. The differences between hardware of manufacture company and software product are compared. The ISO 9001 system in software development company is outlined. It is shown that ISO 9001 is applicable to software development company.
