摘要
目前船用电子设备可靠性偏低 ,失效 (故障 )较频繁 ,不能很好地满足正常的航运要求 .文中界定了船用电子设备的失效 ,简述了可借鉴的失效分布模型 .通过所收集的数据 ,对某类船用电子设备的失效规律进行了统计分析 ,探讨怎样提高船用电子设备的平均寿命和无故障工作时间 .
Electronic equipment has played an important role in the navigation of vessels. Its failure will directly influence the economic benefit of shipping enterprises. At present, the failure of vessel electronic equipment occurs frequently because reliability of the electronic equipment is low. Thus the normal needs of waterway transport cannot be satisfied. This paper defines the failure of vessel electronic equipment, summarizes failure distribution models which can be used for reference. Using collected data, it analyzes the failure statistical law of certain kind of vessel electronic equipment and explores avenues to a effective settlement for raising its mean life and time between failure.
