摘要 建立市场规模对外商直接投资影响的经济模型 ,通过 SPSS软件运行 ,得出上海市城镇居民家庭均可支配收入、城乡居民储蓄存款年底余额、城镇居民消费水平、人均国内生产总值和社会消费品零售总额对外商在上海市直接投资的影响度 ,并提出扩大上海市市场规模和消费结构的建议和措施 ,从而 ,进一步吸引更多的外商到上海直接投资 . The famous economist, Cave, considers that the amount of international direct investment is correspondingly increased when market goes up. Because multi-national companies with monopolistic advantage in research & development, production and marketing differentiation, are inclined to invest in more developed countries, whose consumer can identify differential products and consume them. The paper analyzes how market size influences foreign businessmen to invest in Shanghai. Regression model is made. With the help of SPSS software, it concludes that city and town residential income budgeted, residential savings deposit, residential consuming level, average gross domestic products and retail total amount of social consumer goods significantly affect foreign investment in Shanghai. Finally, suggestions about enlarging market to abstract foreign businessmen's investment are made.
