Intramedullay Cosmetic Operation for Adding Height

目的 探讨应用长骨髓内延长器 -单侧双臂外延长架 ,以骨痂延长术行美容增高术的临床效果。 方法 应用长骨髓内延长器 -单侧双臂外延长架行美容增高术 4 9例 ,平均年龄 2 3(14～ 4 0 )岁。设计长度 8cm者 35例 ,6cm以下者 14例。 结果 所有受术者均得到随访 ,平均时间 14 (8～ 34)月 ,平均增高长度 7.4 (4～ 8)cm ;骨折愈合时间 4～ 13月 (平均 0 .2 9mm d) ;无神经血管损伤 ,无化脓性骨髓炎等严重并发症。 结论 该手术从增加身高、优化身材比例、优化大小腿比例等方面起到了美容作用 ,疗效满意 ,可推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of using the long-bone intramedullary elongation instruments and the unilateral double-arm external supporter to elongate the callus for cosmetically adding height. Methods 49 cases were analyzed retrospectively. The average age was 23(14～40) years. 8 cm callus was designed to elongate in 22 cases, and ≤6 cm callus in 5 cases. Results All the cases were followed up for an average of 14(8～34)months. The average elongation length was 7.4(4～8) cm, the fracture healing time was 4～13 months (0.29 mm/d). No serious syndroms such as osteomyelilis, neurologic deficit or pyogemic osteomyelitis occured. Conclusion The operation has achieved the cosmetic and plastic purpose in lengthening the body height and optimizing the proportion of stature and that of the thigh and leg. It is effective and worth of spreading.
