颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压性脑出血(附32例报道)

Microinvasive Evacuation of Hematoma in Treatment of Hypertensive Brain Hemorrhage (A Report of 32 Cases)

目的 研究采用颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的效果。 方法 回顾性分析采用血肿微创清除术治疗的 3 2例高血压性脑出血患者临床资料。 结果 3 2例中 ,恢复良好者 19例 ,轻残 6例 ,重残 4例 ,死亡 3例 ,治愈或基本治愈率达 59.4% ,致残率 3 1.3 % ,死亡率 9.4%。

Objective To study the effect of microinvasive evacuation of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive brain hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 32 patients with hypertensive brain hemorrhage who underwent microinvasive evacuation of hematoma. Results 29 patients survived including 19 with good recovery,6 with mild disability and 4 with moderate disability. 3 cases died. The cure rate was 59.4%, disability rate was 31.3%, and mortality was 9.4%. Conclusion Microinvasive evacuation of hematoma is effective to reduce the mortality and the disability rate of patients with hypertensive brain hemorrhage.
