摘要
本文对船用汽缸材料表面上的镍—碳化硅分散镀进行了研究。研究了镀液中分散相的浓度、溶液温度、溶液pH、电流密度和表面活性剂对分散镀层中碳化硅含量的影响,获得的镀层有较高的硬度和良好的结合力。显微照片显示分散性好。通过测量分散相的ξ电位和吸附研究,对分散镀机理进行了初步探讨。
Dispersion Coatings of SiC with Nickel were prepared by electro-codeposition. The ef-fects of certain variables on the electro-codeposition have been studied and the physical mechanicalproperties of deposits have been examined. Mechanism of formation of dispersion coatings has beendiscussed.
