摘要
笔者介绍了AFLP技术,并综述了AFLP技术在研究果树种质资源遗传多样性、品种鉴定、果树分类、构建遗传图谱及目的基因筛选、定位和克隆方面的应用进展。同时统计了在果树上应用AFLP技术的树种数目,并进一步展望了在果树上应用其技术的前景。
AFLP is considered as a molecular technique for next generation. Based on the introduction of AFLP technique, the research advances in fruit tree were reviewed, including genetic diversity detection, variety taxonomy, variety identification, pedigree analysis and genetic tagging. The number of trees used by AFLP was counted up and the applied prospect of AFLP in fruit tree was discussed.
