摘要
本文介绍了一种测量水泥回转窑轮带动态间隙的新方法。其原理是通过直接测定轮带和筒体的回转周期,来自动计算轮带与筒体之间的动态间隙。新方法的测量误差为±1毫米。
A new method for in situ medsurement of cement rotary kiln clearance is described inthis article. While directly measuring the cycle time of the tyre and shell, the dynamic clearance be-tween the tyre and shell can be carried out by some calculations. The tolerance of the dynamic clear-ance measurement is less than ±1mm.
