喉鳞状细胞癌微血管密度和层粘连蛋白表达与颈淋巴结转移的关系

Relationship Between the Microvessel Density and Expression of LN and Cervical Node Metostasis of Laryngeal Squamous Cell Cancer

摘要 目的 探讨喉鳞癌中微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)和层粘连蛋白(laminin,LN)表达与颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用CD34和LN抗体,采用免疫组织化学(Envision)染色方法对54例喉鳞癌组织中微血管密度及LN表达进行了检测。结果 (1)喉鳞癌组织中MVD与颈淋巴结转移相关,淋巴结转移组的MVD高于非转移组(P<0.05);MVD与喉鳞癌临床分期(TNM)和病理分级无关(P>0.05)。(2)LN表达与喉鳞癌颈淋巴结转移相关,有淋巴结转移组LN表达率高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);LN表达与肿瘤组织病理分级和临床分期(TNM)无关(P>0.05)。(3)喉鳞癌组织中MVD与LN表达无关(P>0.05)。结论 喉鳞癌中MVD和LN表达可作为预测颈淋巴结转移的指标。 Purpose: To study the relationship between the microvessel density (MVD) and expression of laminin (LN) and cervical lymph node metostasis of laryngeal squamous cell cancer (LSCC). Methods: Immunohistochemical analyses (Envision method) using antibodies against CD34 and LN was carried out on archival specimens of 54 human laryngeal squamous cell cancer. Results: (1) MVD was higher in LSCC with positive lymph node than that with negative lymph node (P 0.05). Conclusions: MVD and LN expression were helpful in predicting LSCC patients at risk for cervical lymph node metastasis.
