摘要
本文在传统配方设计的基础上,针对海泡石的特点,经多次配方筛选,设计出一组比较理想的海泡石制动摩擦材料配方。对其进行摩擦磨损测试及机械力学性能测试,获得较好的测试结果。并通过TEM扫描观察,分析了海泡石制动摩擦材料的摩擦磨损机理。
In this paper, on the basis of traditional recipes and sepiolite's peculiarities a betterrecipe about sepiolite braking friction materials was obtained by recipe selecting more than once. Thebetter results were got by testing the materials' mechanical performances and its friction and wearperformances. Finally, the friction and wear mechanism upon the materials was analysed by TEMscanning and observing the change of its surface profiles.
