With the constant acceleration of digitization in the field of modern science and technology, the mass media are developing rapidly. Due to the ongoing innovation in the higher education, broadcast, TV and network have entered the campus at a great speed and they have become an important carrier of cultural spreading. Human beings can only benefit from the coordinate development of science and humane education. Therefore, such mass media as broadcast, TV and network have become the best way of extracurricular humane education in colleges and universities.
