洋葱幼苗形态快速鉴定技术研究

通过采用不同光质培养与幼苗叶绿素测定的方法 ,对红皮、黄皮和白皮三个类型的洋葱种子进行了快速鉴定技术研究 ,结果表明 ,在适宜的暗培养条件下 ,肉眼可鉴定白皮洋葱与有色洋葱种子 ,对有色的红皮与黄皮洋葱种子进行鉴定具有局限性。叶绿素测定 ,暗培养条件下三种类型的洋葱种子未见显著差异。可见光下 ,叶绿素含量在三种类型的洋葱种子中存在显著差异 ,可以利用叶绿素含量鉴定区分。
