摘要
本文应用超纯氧化铝做电容液面计的探头,具有较高的机械强度、化学稳定性及电绝缘性能。在强烈振动的冲击作用下性能良好,能保证电容液面计正常运行。并测定了所用材料的理化性能和显微结构。
A probe of electric-capacity liquidometers made by superpure oxide of alumina isstudied in this paper.This probe has higher mechanical strength,chemical stability and electricinsulating property,which ensure that the electric-capacity liquidometer works normally under thereaction of violent vibrational shock.The mechanical and chemical properties and microstructure ofthe materials which are used are evaluated for selecting the proper material.
