摘要
目的 :观察肢体负压对周围动脉闭塞性病变犬脊髓及背根神经节中CGRP免疫反应阳性神经纤维的影响 .方法 :犬 17只 ,随机分为治疗组 10只、非治疗组 5只和正常对照组 2只 ,治疗组和非治疗组均将动物制作左后肢缺血模型 ,治疗组在模型制作后 14d ,开始行患肢负压治疗 10d(1次 /d ,15min/次 ) ;非治疗组不做负压治疗 .3组均行脊髓及背根神经节免疫组化染色 ,检测CGRP免疫反应阳性纤维 .结果 :非治疗组脊髓及背根神经节中 ,患侧CGRP ,SP免疫反应阳性纤维均较正常组染色明显加深 ,而治疗组较非治疗组染色变浅 ,但仍较正常组加深 (P <0 .0 1) .结论 :提示肢体负压疗法可减少肢体动脉闭塞性病变伤害性刺激的传入 。
AIM: To observe the influence of limb negative pressure(LNP)on CGRP positive immunoreactive nerve fibers in the spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion of peripheral arterial occlusive diseased dogs. METHODS: Seventeen dogs were divided into treatment group( n =10),nontreatment group( n =5) and normal control( n =2) group randomly. The left hindlimb ischemia model was made in nontreatment group and treatment group. The treatment group was treated by LNP for ten days (15 min/day) from the 14th day after the models were made. However, the nontreatment group was not treated. All the animals were detected for the change of CGRP immunoreactive nerve fibers in the skin of ischemia toes. RESULTS: For the spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion, the dyeing of CGRP positive immunoreactive nerve fibers in the suffering side of the control group was deeper than that of both the normal group and the treatment group ( P <0.01), however, the dyeing of the treatment group was deeper than that of the normal group ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: LNP could reduce the transmission of the harmful stimuli from the peripheral arterial occlusive disease and release the pain of limbs.
